In 1998, they pursued a postgraduate diploma in Postgraduate Diploma at Ulster University, which they completed in 1999. Following that, from 1994 to 1998, Caroline studied European Business Studies specializing in French and Spanish at Ulster University. In 2012, they received a Diploma in Event Management from Fitzwilliam Institute. Additionally, they became a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2012, obtaining the FCCA certification.
