Glenn Fingleton is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Problem Manager at New Ireland Assurance since May 2002, where responsibilities include managing the Problem Process alongside a role in Service Delivery. In addition to this role, Glenn has also been the Service Delivery Team Leader, overseeing a dedicated team that provides 24/7 application support for critical IT systems, including web-based and Oracle platforms, as well as iPhone applications. Prior to New Ireland Assurance, Glenn worked as an IT Application Support professional at London & Manchester Assurance from 1997 to 1998 and held the position of Pensions Analyst. Glenn holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Dublin City University, where formal education was completed between 1994 and 2001, following studies at Patrician Brothers Secondary from 1988 to 1994.
