Hariharan Ranganathan

Hariharan Ranganathan has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Hariharan is currently serving as the Head of IT Service Management at Likewize since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cognizant, where they held various roles including Associate Director, Senior Advisory Consultant, Senior Manager, and Manager from 2013 to 2022. Before joining Cognizant, Hariharan worked at Tata Consultancy Services as an ITSM Consultant, where they were responsible for the design and deployment of ITIL processes and implementing opportunities for improvement. Hariharan started their career at IBM as a Problem Manager from 2004 to 2010 and also worked at Dell as a Senior Technical Support Executive from 2003 to 2004.

Hariharan Ranganathan attended Atomic Energy Central School, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. Hariharan further pursued their education at Osmania University, earning a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science.
