Darlene Carr

Darlene joined NJII’s Healthcare division in February of 2023 as a Customer Engagement & Privacy Officer, where she is responsible for implementing and maintaining communications with top clients and ensuring the security and privacy of sensitive information. She graduated from American InterContinental University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and Management, and spent some time as a Project Manager for the Carrier Clinic, and a Consultant for PwC. Darlene has spent the past two decades at Children’s Specialized Hospital, an RWJBarnabas Health Facility, where she would act as Manager of Applications and the Director of Information & Technology Services for the past 8 years.
