Laura Osorno

Laura Osorno is a highly experienced research scientist specializing in pulp tissue regeneration, oral health, and animal health. Currently serving as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the New Jersey Institute of Technology since February 2023, Laura has also held significant roles including Patent Manager at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and New Jersey Institute of Technology. Laura's academic background includes a PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Rowan University, along with a BS/MS from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an Associate's degree from UCNJ Union College. Notably, Laura co-founded LOIS Beauty Craft, demonstrating strong leadership and operational management skills while successfully securing funding for innovative product development. Throughout the career, Laura has consistently demonstrated expertise in project management, protocol development, and compliance with safety regulations.
