Sarina Nieves

Sarina Nieves is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center since June 2022. Previous roles at NJPAC include Human Resources Specialist and People and Organization Assistant, where Sarina maintained HR files and addressed employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits. As a Volunteer Department Intern, Sarina focused on enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, creating training materials, developing job descriptions, and collaborating with multiple departments to support volunteer staffing efforts. Prior experience includes positions at the United States Postal Service as a Postal Clerk and Pocono Palace Resort as a Lead Customer Service Representative. Sarina holds a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Rutgers University - Newark and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Middlesex College.
