Terence Carroll

Terence Carroll is currently the Operations Branch Commander at the New Jersey State Police. Terence has held this position since December of 1995. Prior to that, they were with the New Jersey State Police for 27 years. During their time with the New Jersey State Police, they have served in a variety of roles including Lieutenant Colonel and Operations Branch Commander.

Terence Carroll has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Political Science from Fordham University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Training & Development from Seton Hall University. Terence also attended the FBI National Academy.

Their manager is Patrick J. Callahan, Superintendent. They work with Wayne Korte - Homeland Security Branch Commander, Scott M. Ebner - Administration Branch Commander, and Sherri Schuster - Administration Section Commander. and Sean Kilcomons - Deputy Branch Commander, Operations Branch reports to Terence Carroll.
