Barry Rubin

Barry Rubin is currently the Chief Unified Communications at NJ TRANSIT. Prior to this role, Barry held various leadership positions in technology infrastructure within different organizations. Notably, Barry served as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer at the State of New Jersey, where Barry directed network teams in support of engineering and availability. Barry also has experience as a Principal Consultant in infrastructure technology, a Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations at Healthfirst, and a VP of Technology Infrastructure & Operations at iQor. Throughout their career, Barry has focused on implementing strategic technology solutions and driving operational and technical transformations.
