Bill Anroman

Bill Anroman serves as the Program Management Office Lead at NJ TRANSIT since November 2020, leading the Project Intake process and managing a substantial $450MM IT portfolio aligned with the organization's 2030 Strategic Plan. With prior experience as Head of PMO at Hudson Insurance Group, Bill developed technology roadmaps and facilitated strategy evaluation sessions with executive leadership. As Director of Portfolio Management at Fiserv, responsibilities included strategic alignment of roadmaps and budgeting, while Bill's tenure at Citi involved senior leadership reporting on a top Oracle financial initiative. Additional experience at BNY Mellon and Suburban Propane reflects strong financial management and governance, complemented by earlier roles in information security at Citigroup and software engineering at Alliance Capital. Anroman holds a BS in Marketing/Management from Clemson University and a diploma in Computer Programming from The Chubb Institute.
