Eric Callaghan

Eric Callaghan is a seasoned professional in Salesforce administration and business systems management, currently serving as Senior Director of Salesforce Administration and Business Systems at New Leaders since February 2024. Previously, Eric held the position of CRM Admin II at 2U from January 2020 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading large-scale projects impacting over 50 Salesforce instances and overseeing a significant migration project. Earlier experience includes serving as Salesforce Administrator for the International SPA Association, where Eric coordinated the implementation of Salesforce and collaborated with various teams for process optimization. Eric's career began at Verge Pipe Media, engaging in account management and community outreach, following the attainment of a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Auburn University in 2016.
