Aliasgar D. has extensive work experience in various roles within the grocery retail industry. Aliasgar started their career at Bristol Farms as a Floral Manager in 2006 and worked their way up to becoming a Director of Support Services. In this role, they oversee the entire Help Desk operations, Network Maintenance, and Facilities Maintenance for Bristol Farms, Lazy Acres Markets, and New Leaf Community Markets. Aliasgar also manages C-level staff at Good Food Holdings. Aliasgar has successfully revamped the Help Desk program to create a Support Team capable of handling any level of calls. Aliasgar has also had special assignments, such as launching Amazon Prime Now at Bristol Farms locations and opening a new concept store for the company. Aliasgar is skilled in total store operations, forecasting, scheduling, employee relations, customer relations, long-term planning, merchandising, and budgeting. Aliasgar is focused on exceeding customer expectations in terms of experience, quality, and satisfaction. Aliasgar also has experience as a Manager of Perishables and Manager of Merchandising. Aliasgar holds a student role at USC, participating in the WAFC FIM program. Aliasgar has recently taken on the role of Director of Support Services at New Leaf Community Markets and Lazy Acres Natural Market.

Aliasgar D. completed a Food Industry Management Certificate (FIM) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Southern California in 2014. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, Aliasgar earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Small Business Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix.
