Deborah Romano

Deborah Romano has over 18 years of experience in finance, accounting, and audit. Deborah is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Director at New Leaf Teletherapy. Previously, they worked at Presence as the Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis and at The Coastal Companies as Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Deborah'sprior roles also include Director of Finance at Textron GSE, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Textron Specialized Vehicles, and Accounting Manager at Textron Systems. Deborah started their career as a Senior Auditor at SC&H Group.

Deborah Romano earned their Bachelor of Arts in Accounting at the University of Lynchburg from 2000 to 2004. Deborah then pursued their Masters of Business Administration in Management at Loyola University Maryland from 2004 to 2007.
