Lizzy Velasco

Lizzy Velasco, CCMP™, is an accomplished Executive Leadership Coach at New Level Work, where since October 2020, Lizzy has positively impacted over 50 executives and high performers in Fortune 500 companies across North America and Asia. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Organizational Change Management at Delaware North America, where Lizzy grew the practice by 100% and led significant SAP S/4 HANA transformations. During a 25-year tenure at Accenture, Lizzy held multiple leadership roles, including Managing Director, overseeing the mobilization of over 3,000 resources for Japan Operations and spearheading pioneering initiatives to enhance employee experience. Lizzy holds a BS in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University and a Transformational Coach Certification from Coach Masters Academy.
