Shicole Ashford

Shicole Ashford, MPA, MBA, is an accomplished project manager and director with extensive experience in healthcare and financial aid environments. Currently serving as Project Manager for Building and Operations at New Life Covenant Church Southeast, Shicole oversees human resource management and addresses community inquiries. As Director of Financial Aid at J'Renee Career Facilitation, strategic leadership is provided to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with legal requirements, along with additional responsibilities as Campus Director. Previous roles include Admissions Director at Alden Valley Ridge Rehab Center, where administrative leadership for skilled nursing and memory care programs was provided, and several positions in nursing and healthcare management across various organizations. Shicole holds an MBA in Health Care Administration and an MPA in Nonprofit Management, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Accounting, an Associate of Arts, and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management.
