Rick VanNess is a co-founder and managing partner at Wuscott LLC since July 2024. In addition, VanNess serves as president of the New Mexico Biotechnology & Biomedical Association and as an IRB reviewer for the University of New Mexico, both positions held since 2014. Rick has extensive experience in the biomedical field, previously working as director of product development at TriCore Reference Laboratories from 2014 to 2024, and as clinical coordinator at VisionQuest Biomedical from 2011 to 2014. Early career roles include study coordinator at the Biomedical Research Institute of New Mexico and staff consultant at Clover Leaf Environmental Solutions. Rick VanNess holds a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health from New Mexico State University.
