Selena Romero, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and administrative services, currently serving as the Assistant Commissioner of Administrative Services and Human Resources Director at the New Mexico State Land Office since September 2015. Prior to this role, Selena managed the Human Resources and Training Divisions at the NM Public School Facilities Authority from September 2005 to September 2015, overseeing staffing, employee orientation, policy development, employee relations, and training programs. Additionally, Selena worked as a Technical Trainer at Presbyterian Healthcare Services from June 1997 to September 2005. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Phoenix (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the same institution (2006-2009).
