Matt Clapp

Matt Clapp currently works as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New Orleans Saints since March 2022. Previously, Clapp held the same position at The University of Alabama from March 2020 to March 2022, and at Indiana University Bloomington from May 2015 to March 2020. Clapp began a career in strength and conditioning as a Graduate Assistant at The University of Akron from May 2014 to May 2015, after completing internships with the University of Arizona and the Arizona Rattlers in 2013. Earlier in their career, Clapp played professionally in the NFL from April 2010 to December 2012. Clapp holds a Master of Science in Education from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma.
