Max Polaner

Max Polaner is currently a Partner at New Profit, providing strategic advising and support to portfolio organizations. Prior to that, Max served as the Executive Director of iMentor NYC, leading the region to support NYC public school students in achieving their post-secondary aspirations. Max also held the position of Chief Financial, Operating and Strategy Officer at Achievement First, overseeing the organization's expansion. With a background in finance and education, Max has also worked at McKinsey & Company and founded their own start-up. Max holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, and has experience in teaching and quality assurance management.
