Alexander Brix serves as a Venture Partner at New Renaissance Ventures, focusing on investments in early-stage startups within cultural and creative industries enhanced by emerging technologies. Holding dual roles as an Investor & Advisor at Othis and an Investor & Supporting Partner at Calm/Storm Ventures, Alexander contributes to modern wealth management and an exclusive founder network, respectively. Previous experience includes leading operations for Canva in Europe, overseeing growth initiatives and post-merger integration of acquired companies, and serving as Chief Operating Officer at Kaleido AI, makers of the widely used AI-based photo background remover. Alexander's portfolio extends to numerous angel investments and advisory roles with innovative startups across various sectors. Alexander completed a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration at WU Vienna and attended a summer program at Thammasat University.
