Josh Adler

Josh Adler currently serves as the Director of Middle School and Global History Instructor at New Roads School since August 2022. Prior to this, Josh worked as an Instructional Design Manager at Subject from April 2022 to March 2023 and held various roles at Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences from August 2012 to April 2022, including Lead Teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, and Department Chair. Josh also taught Humanities at NYC Lab High School for Collaborative Studies from August 2009 to July 2012 and designed indoor cycling classes as an instructor and fitness trainer at New York Health & Racquet Club between January 2002 and June 2012. As a Corps Member with Teach For America from August 2006 to July 2009, Josh earned a Master's degree in TESOL through Pace University while teaching ESL at Urban Science Academy in the South Bronx. Josh holds a Master's degree in Education from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre and English from Northwestern University.
