Robert A. Yamuder currently serves as the Commissioner of Human Resources and Risk Manager for the City of New Rochelle since March 2019. Previously, Robert held the position of Village Manager for the Village of Mamaroneck from May 2017 to October 2018 and served as Village Administrator/Treasurer for the Village of Pelham from March 2009 to May 2017. Earlier roles include Assistant Village Manager for the Village of Mamaroneck and Administrative Project Manager at the Office of the Queens Borough President. Robert's career began at the New York City Economic Development Corporation as a Senior Project Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Public Administration from Pace University and a Bachelor's in Professional Science with a focus on Architecture from the University at Buffalo.
