Human Resources and Diversity

The Human Resources and Diversity team at the City of New Rochelle ensures equitable and inclusive workplace practices, manages employee relations, and promotes diversity initiatives. This team, comprising the Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Commissioner of Human Resources, and LGBTQ+ Liaison, works to create a welcoming environment for all employees and residents.
