Vianey Anahí Salas Villagrán

Vianey Salas has a strong educational background in food science and biochemistry, holding a Licenciatura en Química de Alimentos and a Master's degree in Biochemistry from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Vianey also completed an Advanced Diploma in Biotecnología at Centennial College and served as a Research Scholar at The Ohio State University in Food Science. Professional experience includes serving as a Research Associate and Laboratory Assistant at New School Foods since April 2022, and previously working as a Sales Associate at COBS Bread from January 2022 to April 2022.
