Emma Robinson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of customer experience and marketing. Emma has worked as the Head of Customer Experience at New Scientist since 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at TI Media from 2016 to 2019, where they were responsible for leading the Customer Experience team and overseeing various aspects of consumer marketing, including retention, CRM, project acquisitions, digital product ownership, and marketing operations.
Before joining TI Media, Emma worked at Time Inc. UK from 2009 to 2016, first as a Renewals Manager and then as a Senior Marketing Manager. Emma started their career as a Renewals Executive at The National Magazine Company from 2007 to 2009. Emma's early experience includes working as a Marketing Executive at Incisive Media from 2006 to 2007.
Emma Robinson obtained a Diploma in Integrated Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing in 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a 2:1 BA Hons degree in Media Production from the University of Lincoln, graduating in 2002.
