Leeanna Rappleyea

LeeAnna Rappleyea has a diverse range of experience in benefits and compensation management. LeeAnna currently serves as the Sr. Director of Benefits and Compensation at Good Food Holdings, LLC. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Benefits and Compensation at New Seasons Market, where they led the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs for over 3,000 staff members. Before that, they held roles at Wieden + Kennedy, where they focused on building robust benefit platforms and developing strategic compensation strategies. LeeAnna also served as an Account Manager at Brown & Brown Northwest, where they assisted clients with benefit plan administration and developed personalized employee communication materials. In their early career, they worked at Linfield College as the Alumni Giving Team Lead, managing fundraising campaigns and coordinating events.

LeeAnna Rappleyea obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Linfield University in the years 1998 to 2002. In addition, they have obtained the NAHU Wellness Plan Certification from the National Association of Credit Managers in 2015.
