Al Smith has a long and diverse career in the engineering industry, with experience ranging from lab tech at Copeland Corporation in the 1980s to their current role as Vice President of Engineering at Star Holdings Group. Throughout the years, Al has held various engineering positions at companies such as True Manufacturing, Delfield, Duke Manufacturing, ITW Hobart, and Hobart Food Equipment. Al's expertise in refrigeration engineering and product development has been honed through their progression from lab technician to senior design engineer to director and now vice president roles.
