Howard Foster has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment. Howard currently serves as the Internal Talent Acquisition Lead at New Street Consulting Group (NSCG), a high-end executive recruitment and people advisory firm. Howard also worked at Veredus, the executive search division of PwC in the UK, as an Executive Search Consultant. Here, they focused on recruiting leadership talent for board and non-executive director positions. Additionally, they gained experience as an Executive Search Consultant at Korn Ferry, specializing in board, "Heads of Function," and senior managerial appointments across various sectors.
Howard'scareer in executive search started at Hoggett Bowers, where they served as an Executive Search Consultant. During their time there, they conducted retained recruitment assignments for leadership and senior managerial positions across different functions and sectors.
Howard Foster attended the University of London from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a PGCE in Economics and Business. Howard also attended Kingston University, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Economics.
