Tom Crowfoot

Tom Crowfoot has extensive work experience in various leadership and research roles. Tom is currently serving as the Head of Research at the New Street Consulting Group (NSCG), a people advisory firm that specializes in talent assessment, development, and leadership. Prior to joining NSCG, they held the position of Managing Director at Digby Edwards, where they provided operational support to businesses of all sizes. Tom also worked as the Head of Insights at Veredus, where they offered advice on talent strategies and marketplace understanding. In addition, they served as the Head of Market & Competitive Intelligence at AMS and the Group Head of Operations and Communications & Chief Operating Officer at Norman Broadbent. Tom has also held various research positions at The Cornhill Partnership Ltd, CTPartners, AMS, Sheffield Haworth, and David Chorley Associates.

Tom Crowfoot attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst from 1989 to 1990. Prior to that, they studied at Felsted School from 1983 to 1988.
