The individual will be responsible for the Company’s new business development activities for the greater Los Angeles County market.  Such duties will include identifying, contacting, qualifying business leads and assisting with the closing of sales opportunities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the incumbent.  The individual will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his/her supervisor.  Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:   *Develop and submit an annual Sales Business Plan to Sales Director.

*Develop sales opportunities and capture sales business by marketing, entertaining and professional relationship building activities that yield positive sales results.

*Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers or potential customers that fulfill customer interaction and buying experience with Tangram.

*Delegate and hand off account management responsibilities in an effective manner to Sales teammates and support staff.

*Provide high-level customer service levels to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals established by management.
