Cason Fayles

Cason Fayles has a diverse work experience in the field of analysis and research. They started their career as a Research Associate at Glass, Lewis & Co., LLC in 2008 and progressed to become a Lead Research Analyst and later a Senior Research Analyst. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Contractor at the same company. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Research Associate at Claremont Evaluation Center. In 2018, they joined Austin Independent School District as an Evaluation Analyst II, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they are working as an Impact Analyst at New Teacher Center.

Cason Fayles has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Cason then attended Claremont Graduate University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned two Master of Arts degrees. Cason'sfirst Master's degree was in Developmental Psychology & Evaluation, while their second Master's degree focused on Public Policy & Evaluation.
