Kristin Wolff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social innovation, workforce development, and research evaluation. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Social Policy Research Associates since January 2018, Kristin focuses on the Future of Work and transition strategies such as apprenticeships. As the owner of Thinkers+Doers since 2003, Kristin has worked on diverse social innovation projects, while also engaging as a Data Journalist for Hack Oregon. Kristin has lent expertise as an informal advisor to the Social Innovation Exchange and has held advisory roles with Hatch Innovation and work as an Economic Advisor for Portland Ten. Earlier roles include positions at the Corporation for a Skilled Workforce and the Ohio Campaign for Change. Kristin holds advanced degrees in Political Science from the University of Arizona and additional qualifications in Social Innovation and Communications.
