Janai Fullard, CSM, SSM, SA, POPM, is an experienced professional in project management and underwriting, currently serving as a Scrum Master at Lakeview since December 2023 and as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at New Venture Visions Corporation since January 2020. Fullard has a robust background in leading Agile software development teams for CPA firms, managing a 12-member mortgage underwriting team at NewRez LLC, and implementing project plans to enhance operational efficiency at Ark Mortgage.
