Jenn Hooten

Jenn Hooten is the Principal and Founder of (Re) Engage Consulting, a role held since 2014, and serves as Adjunct Faculty for Professional Coach Training at New Ventures West since May 2022. Since June 2018, Jenn has worked as a Senior Culture & Change Consultant at SweetRush Inc., focusing on leadership and talent development. Previous positions include Vice President and Dean of Admission & Enrollment Management at Claremont Lincoln University and Claremont School of Theology, respectively, as well as Assistant Director of Admission at Yale School of Public Health. Earlier career experience includes roles at Julian LeCraw & Company and Malone College. Jenn holds a Master of Arts in Ethical Leadership from Claremont Lincoln University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Taylor University.
