Kim Trajano

Kim Trajano is a seasoned leadership coach with extensive experience in guiding leadership teams to realize their full potential through Integral Coaching™ methodology. Since 2018, Kim has operated Kim Trajano Coaching and has also contributed as a leadership coach at Modern Health and as an adjunct faculty member at New Ventures West. Prior experience includes roles at The Trium Group, where Kim managed leadership development programs and provided coaching and mentorship to internal teams. Kim's background in psychology, acquired through a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University, complements a commitment to fostering personal growth and effective leadership. Additionally, Kim has held operational management positions at various salons and spas, further enhancing a versatile skill set in client engagement and team dynamics.
