Marcia Poppe

Marcia Poppe is a seasoned architecture professional and leadership expert with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Graduate Community Steward at New Ventures West since July 2023, Marcia has also held the position of Founder and CEO at Choice Consultoria since June 2019. Previous roles include membership in the Strategic Knowledge Management Committee at PMI Rio de Janeiro Chapter from March 2019 to December 2021, and project management positions at MPA Arquitetura, Planejamento e Consultoria, and Ernani Freire Arquitetos Associados Ltda. With a robust education background, Marcia holds an Integral Coach Certification from New Ventures West and has completed multiple leadership and architecture programs, including a master's degree in Architecture Theory and Design from UFRJ.
