Theresa Pak

Theresa Pak is a seasoned professional in the healthcare field, currently serving as a Relationship Based Culture and Wellness Strategist at UC Davis Health, where responsibilities include directing licensed workshops and supervising facilitators. Theresa holds the position of ARC (Anti Racism Cultural Humility) Fellow at the UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA DAVIS MEDICAL, focusing on cultural humility and racial identity development. Additionally, Theresa is a Train the Trainer Physician Wellness Fellow, contributing to the first cohort in this innovative fellowship at UCDH. With a background as an integral coach at New Ventures West and extensive experience as an RN Manager at UC Davis Health System, Theresa manages a medical-surgical unit in a Magnet Level 1 Trauma Center Teaching Hospital.
