Aimee Steele

Aimee Steele has extensive work experience in the healthcare and social work fields. Aimee began their career as a Case Manager at NorthKey Community Care, where they provided support and care for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Aimee then worked as a Family Consultant at Lifeline Youth & Family Services, where they focused on working with families involved with the Department of Child Services or Juvenile Probation. Aimee later joined Community Mental Health Center, Inc. as a Licensed Social Worker, where they completed emergency assessments, conducted group therapy, and ensured compliance with CMS regulations. Aimee then transitioned to Diamond Healthcare as the Director of Inpatient Social Services, overseeing inpatient programming operations and managing the social work department. Aimee further advanced their career as the Director of Clinical Services at NewVista Healthcare, before becoming the Chief Executive Officer at Blueridge Vista Health & Wellness. Currently, Aimee holds the position of Regional Director of Quality at NewVista Behavioral Health.

Aimee Steele completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University in 2012. Aimee then pursued a Master's degree in Social Work from the same university from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Trauma Informed Care from Northern Kentucky University in 2015. Aimee holds a license as a Social Worker, obtained in 2016 from the Ohio Counselors, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapist Board. Aimee also received a certification in Medical Order for Life Sustaining Treatment (MOLST) in 2014.
