Brendan Behanna

Brendan BeHanna is a Senior IT Specialist at New Waterloo since January 2019, bringing extensive experience in the field. Previously, Brendan worked as a Front Counter Leader at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from November 2016 to December 2018 and served as a PC Technician & Website Developer at UFO NetComm from April 2013 to November 2016. In the role at UFO NetComm, responsibilities included troubleshooting and repairing systems for residential and business clients in the greater Austin area, along with client communications and guidance on system maintenance. Brendan holds an Associate's of Applied Science in User Experience Design from Austin Community College, earned between 2014 and 2017.
