Kelsey Richman

Kelsey Richman serves as the Marketing Director at New Way Academy since August 2022, previously holding the position of Marketing and Fundraising Assistant. Prior experience includes roles as a Copywriter at Youtech, where brand-centric and conversion-based content was created, and as a Net Generation and Education Specialist at USTA Southwest, focusing on community training and workshops. Kelsey also worked as Early Development Coordinator at USTA Central Arizona, emphasizing youth tennis programs, and as an Administrative Assistant at Savills Studley, supporting real estate brokers. Earlier positions involved marketing and communications at Rogers Corporation and volunteering with USTA. Kelsey began an academic journey at DePaul University, where a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies was earned, complementing a background in competitive tennis as a former team captain.
