Ric Gilbertson

Director Of Candidate Recruitment And Developkment at The Christian and Missionary Alliance

Ric Gilbertson has held various positions throughout their work experience. Ric began their career at the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada in 1992 as a Director of Candidate Recruitment and Development. Ric later joined C&MA in 2007 as the Director of Converge, a role they held until 2014. In that same year, they became the Executive Pastor at Rockpointe Alliance Church.

Ric Gilbertson pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with their Master of Theology Th.M degree in Spiritual Theology from Regent College, which they completed between 1987 and 1989. Following that, they completed their Master of Divinity degree in Biblical studies at Ambrose Seminary (CTS) from 2004 to 2007. Finally, Ric obtained a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) degree in Spiritual Formation from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
