Alicia J MURRAY, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Training Manager at the NYC School Construction Authority, focusing on training programs, employment development, and performance management metrics since June 2021. Prior to this role, Alicia was a Project Manager at Hunter College, contributing to a multi-disciplined Learning and Development Unit that trained over 1200 professionals annually in gerontology. Previous experience includes serving as a Marketing Project Coordinator at The Law Office of Deshpande & Associates, overseeing marketing initiatives, and as a Project Coordinator at the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, managing recruitment projects for the Black Male Initiative.
