Jared Herst

Jared Herst has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Human Resources at the NYC School Construction Authority. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at CIRCA for two years. Before that, they held the position of Head of People and Culture at Veterinary Care Group/Milo, where they were responsible for scaling and strengthening HR processes and systems. Jared also has experience as the Executive Director of Human Resources at John Jay College and as a Human Resources Manager at the Professional Staff Congress of CUNY. Additionally, they worked at TIAA, where they served as a Senior Individual Consultant in benefits and as a Wealth Management Advisor.
