Bryan Seitz

Bryan Seitz has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Bryan started their career as a Customer Service Representative at National City Bank in September 2004 and later moved on to become a Commercial Credit Analyst. In this role, they worked closely with Relationship Managers in preparing underwriting documents for commercial loans.

In January 2006, Bryan was promoted to Assistant Vice President in the Asset Liability Management department at National City Bank. Here, they were responsible for calculating and analyzing the bank's market value of portfolio equity using sophisticated Monte-Carlo simulation software.

In 2008, Bryan joined PNC as a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions team. Bryan managed the acquisition and divestiture process of regional and local banks, branch networks, and other businesses to support PNC's long-term growth strategies. Bryan also engaged in due diligence and investment in financial technology firms to achieve development and efficiency goals.

Most recently, Bryan is serving as the 1st Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Development at New York Community Bank (NYCB) since January 2023.

Bryan Seitz obtained a BBA in Finance from the University of Kentucky in 1999-2003. Following that, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Banking and Finance at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 2006-2008.
