Olivia Dossman

Olivia Dossman has a total of 19 years of work experience in the banking industry. Olivia started their career at Valley National Bank in 1993 as an Assistant Branch Manager. During this time, they were responsible for processing customer financial transactions, meeting sales goals, and spearheading a new-hire shadowing program. In 2000, they joined Trust Company of New Jersey as an Assistant Branch Manager, where they opened and closed the branch, trained branch personnel, and achieved sales goals. Since 2001, Olivia has been working at New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (NYCB) as a Branch Manager/Vice President. In this role, they oversee two bank branches, ensures compliance with banking regulations, and drives business growth through customer relationship management and sales activities.
