Mark Psenicka

Vice President, IT Director, IT Security at New York Community Bancorp

Mark Psenicka has several years of work experience in the banking sector. Mark worked as a Vice President, IT Director, and IT Security at New York Community Bank (NYCB) starting in February 2019. Prior to that, they were a Vice President, Enterprise Systems Monitoring Manager at the same company from August 2016 to February 2019. In this role, they founded the Enterprise Systems Monitoring team and developed a roadmap for implementing a layered approach to monitoring the bank's network, server, and application infrastructure. Before joining NYCB, they worked at AmTrust Bank as a Mortgage Infrastructure Team Lead, where they created and led a team of senior engineers to support the wholesale mortgage infrastructure and applications.

Mark Psenicka obtained a BA in Finance from Kent State University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
