Tim Feehan

Tim Feehan, LEED Green Associate, has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Tim most recently held the position of First Vice President and Facility Operations Senior Manager at New York Community Bank (NYCB), where they started in April 2023. Prior to NYCB, Tim worked as a Regional Facilities Director at CBRE from October 2018 to April 2023. Tim also served as a Regional Facilities Manager at Cushman & Wakefield from December 2016 to October 2018. Before that, Tim worked at Citi as a VP and Facilities and Operations Manager from November 2013 to December 2016. Additionally, they held positions at Jacobs as a Mechanical Commissioning Lead from June 2013 to November 2013, at Schneider Electric as a Project Engineer from October 2012 to May 2013, at The Dome-Tech Group as an Associate Engineer from 2010 to October 2012, and at Carrier Corporation as a Development Engineer from 2007 to 2010.

Tim Feehan, LEED Green Associate, pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree from the State University of New York Maritime College from 2003 to 2007.
