Jacob Margolis

Jacob Margolis, LMSW, currently serves as a Clinical Psychotherapist at The New York Foundling, where responsibilities include providing evidence-based treatment to youth and families in Treatment Family Foster Care (TFFC) and coordinating mental health treatment planning. Previous experience includes roles as a Social Work Intern at Good Shepherd Services and Bridging Access to Care, Inc., focusing on counseling, group work strategies, and treatment planning. Jacob's diverse background also encompasses teaching and supportive roles in education and community engagement, including serving as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan and mentoring at-risk students. Jacob holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Keene State College.
