Kavita Seodat-Lauben

Kavita Seodat-Lauben, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Quality & Care Coordination at New York Health, where responsibilities include directing and enhancing care coordination for Primary Care services. Prior to this role, Kavita worked at Northwell Health for over a decade, holding various positions such as Director of Program Development for Women’s Health and Sr. Project Manager, where efforts focused on program expansion and clinical integration. Earlier professional experiences include roles at Columbia Laboratories, Connetics Corp., and Sanofi-Aventis, emphasizing sales and marketing in the healthcare sector. Kavita earned an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Hofstra University.
