Lea Del Rosario

Lea Del Rosario is the current Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the New York Islanders. Prior to their current role, Lea was a consultant with Essence Ventures where they advised ownership on talent strategies and programs for their subsidiaries. Before Essence, Lea served as the Vice President of People & Culture for Sundial Brands. In this role, they led the HR function in establishing a talent strategy focused on supporting the business through significant change and growth. Lea has a long history of successful implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives and developing a sustainable performance model to drive learning and development and employee engagement. Lea is also skilled in talent acquisition and management, as well as resource and vendor management. Lea's experience and expertise have helped their develop into an HR leader that excels in driving culture change and improving the overall employee experience.

Lea Del Rosario holds a bachelors degree from Rutgers University.

Lea Del Rosario reports to Lou Lamoriello, President of Hockey Operations, General Manager & Alternate Governor. Lea Del Rosario works with Tom Cerasoli - Senior Vice President, Partnership Activation, Charles Groneman - Chief Financial Officer, and Bryan Calka - Senior Vice President, Partnership Sales.
