Aj Delgadillo

AJ Delgadillo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community engagement and social justice. Currently serving as a Life Insurance Agent at New York Life Insurance Company since May 2024, AJ previously held roles such as Community Garden Youth Liaison at Safe Place for Youth and Business Owner at Post-Waste Worm Farm, where AJ organized composting services and sold worm compost. As Community Relations Director for the City of Goshen from March 2021 to May 2023, AJ focused on promoting equity and addressing issues of racism. AJ coordinated the Teen Growers Program at Church Community Services and worked as a Restorative Justice Liaison for the Center for Community Justice, facilitating dialogue in restorative practices. AJ earned a Bachelor of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Goshen College between 2014 and 2017.
